Pokročilý (PSPO-A) dvoudenní kurz je zaměřen na pomoc zkušeným odborníkům rozšířit jejich schopnost vytvořit solidní vizi, ověřit jejich hypotézy a nakonec přinést větší hodnotu svým zúčastněným.

Tento kurz je interaktivní, zážitkový workshop, kde účastníci zkoumají témata prostřednictvím řady cvičení a diskusí. Studenti by měli mít alespoň jeden rok praxe vlastníka produktu a praktické znalosti Scrumu, aby se mohli účastnit těchto cvičení a měli z nich prospěch.

Advanced (PSPO-A) 2-day course focuses on helping experienced practitioners expand their ability to establish a solid vision, validate their hypotheses, and ultimately deliver more value to their stakeholders.

This course is an interactive, experiential workshop where attendees explore topics through a series of exercises and discussions. Students should have at least one year of Product Owner experience and a practical knowledge of Scrum in order to participate in and benefit from these exercises.

The Professional Product Owner™-Advanced course is an advanced course specifically designed for Product Owners and product managers who have practical experience managing or owning a product. It is also beneficial to Scrum Masters and stakeholders who work with Product Owners. It is particularly beneficial for those with at least one year of building products with a Scrum Team.

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ course will receive a password to attempt the PSPO-A assessment. If you attempt the assessment within 14 days after receiving the password and fail to pass, you will receive one more attempt free of charge.

Professional Scrum Product Owner™ - Advanced

The Product Owner’s role is multifaceted, requiring the practitioner to engage in behaviors and adopt mindsets beyond the core of Agility and the Scrum Framework. This course surfaces these behaviors by challenging the student to adopt several different Product Owner stances.

Why course from Scrum.org

Professional Scrum Trainers are professionals licensed by Scrum.org, a training and certification organization founded by Ken Schwaber, co-author of Scrum. They are skilled in software development and/or product management. They are experts in Scrum and have extensive experience applying, leading, teaching, and coaching it. They have been servant-leaders at an organizational level. They are active in local agile and software development communities, as well as the broader global agile and Scrum movements.

Our trainer

The course is taught by lecturer Magdalena Firlit, who was accredited by Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Trainer. She also acts as a consultant for agile transformation, coach, mentor, life and business coach, university lecturer.

She has many years of professional experience in companies that have shown an agile way. Her specialization is agile transformation.
