TThe seminar will provide a practical introduction regarding starting a company in France. In this way, participants will be able to get acquainted not only with the various types of companies which are common in France, but also get an idea of other options which can be taken. In these contexts, the inherent advantages and disadvantages of each will be discussed. Furthermore, practical information that one does not necessarily find in books will also be given.
