PRINCE2 Agile^® Practitioner kombinuje agilní koncepty s nejoblíbenějším přístupem k řízení projektů na světě. Certifikace PRINCE2 Agile^® Practitioner, která byla vyvinuta v reakci na požadavky uživatelů, vás naučí kombinovat strukturu, správu a kontrolu s agilními metodami, technikami a přístupy. PRINCE2 Agile^® se zaměřuje na flexibilitu na úrovni dodání (Scrum, Kanban atd.), přičemž stále umožňuje / usnadňuje kontrolu typu projektu na vysoké úrovni řízení - čímž ochraňuje dodávku produktů projektu, která pravidelně testuje Obchodní Případ, zda-li je a i nadále zůstává v souladu s cíli projektu.

PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner vysvětluje, jak přizpůsobit PRINCE2^® tak, aby co nejlépe fungoval v agilním kontextu. Zaměřuje se na to, jak prolnout a propojit principy, procesy a témata PRINCE2^® s mnoha běžnými agilním způsoby práce. Zkoumá, jak nakonfigurovat PRINCE2 v různých situacích a jak nejlépe začlenit agilní rámce, chování, koncepty a techniky, aby se zvýšila šance na úspěšné doručení projektu.

Retake (Take2) nabízí možnost opětovného absolvování certifikační zkoušky a to do 6 měsíců od prvního neúspěšného pokusu.

An understanding of the agile concepts detailed in PRINCE2 Agile will also be beneficial to those with governance responsibilities for projects using agile delivery approaches as well as those involved with programme and project support functions.

Obsah kurzu

• Objective testing


• 50 questions each worth one mark


• 30 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions: 60% pass mark


• Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time (If your native language is different from the exam language you receive 25% more time to complete your exam. For example, a non native English speaker taking the PRINCE Foundation exam in English will be given 75 minutes to complete the exam instead of the standard 60 minutes.)


• Open book exam. Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2 Agile^® Guidance. The manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.
  Due to the impact of the coronavirus, from 13 April to 30 September 2020 individuals are now permitted to print PDFs for exams and use PDFs or official e-books on a second e-device (portable digital devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops) during open book exams.

You can take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate if you hold any of the following certifications:

• PRINCE2^® Foundation (or higher)
• PRINCE2 Agile^® Foundation
• Project Management Qualification^® (PMQ)^*
• Certified Associate in Project Management^® (CAPM)^*
• IPMA Levels A,B,C and D® (Certified Projects Director).
