The course covers the "core" activities of service management and extends the current scope of ITIL to include "creation" of services.
You can choose between 3-days course with instructor or six-month access to e-Learning.

It focuses on the integration of various value streams and activities (support procedures, methods and tools) in order to create and provide delivery and support of products and IT services. The course also includes monitoring the performance of IT services and allows professionals to understand the quality of IT services and methods for improving them. The price of the course includes the ITIL® 4 Specialist certification exam: Create, Deliver and Support.
